Echampati Gayathri (born 9 November, 1959) is a Carnatic Veena artist.

Gayathri was born in Chennai. She was a disciple of T.M Thiagarajan and an award as a child prodigy. She performed in the Thyagaraja festivals and was admitted as a Veena artist in All India Radio at the age of 12. She has performed over 1,500 concerts.
